Playbar out of sync with skyq

My playbar randomly goes out of sync with skyq mini or visa/versa. Both sky and Sonos are WiFi with one connect amp connected via Ethernet. Is this a network issue, a sky issue or a Sonos issue.

Hello there, miller3300. Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community. Seems like we will need to get a little more information about what exactly you are experiencing. Does this only happen with TV or content coming from Sky Q? How is Sonos integrated into your home theater system? The more detailed information about what you have to do to replicate the problem will be most helpful.

Additionally, please submit a diagnostic report and reply here with the confirmation number it gives at the end. I will be happy to take a closer look and advise on next steps.
