Playbar not connecting or working

My playbar won't connect. The surrounds say they are connected but no sound will come out of any of them. Please help!

A Couple of questions :

Could you submit a Diagnostic and reply with the number?

If you restart the playbar, exactly what does the light on the side do when you turn it back on and which router do you have?

I've submitted a diagnostic and the number is 7378030

The only way I was able to fix this was to unplug the playbar at the PowerPoint and then plug it in again. Without doing this pressing play and + had no effect.
