Playback Problem

I have 2 play ones as a pair and 2 play fives as a pair.
Lately during playback of playlist, the track will stop playing then go to the next track?
This is happening on most tracks but not all.

Within a few minutes after you have the problem submit a diagnostic to Sonos and then post the number here so the Sonos staff can check to see what your problem is. If you are in a hurry submit the diagnostic and write the number down, then call Sonos support.

We have a similar problem - but only have play 1. My friend has the same problem - it started happening about six months ago after an update! Not good enough- - they need to fix it!!!
