I have three Sonos speakers in separate rooms. When I group the speakers, only two will play. The speakers which play depend upon the order in which I group them. How do I get all three to play?

It sounds like you have wireless issues. The first player in the group is the 'coordinator' and consumes more wireless bandwidth. I suggest you submit a diagnostic and post the number, so Support can follow up.
