Play bar not working after true play update

Hi.. have playbar , 2 play one speakers and sub . All in Lounge and was working great. Trueplay update and sound bar has no sound . Play one and sub work .. can't find playbar on room setting either . It just up and left... have factory reset playbar and it went to room Lounge 2 ..can't find Lounge 2 or sound bar anywhere. Have deleted and reinstalled sonos app .. help

Hi Lahnz,

It sounds like your PLAYBAR isn't connecting to your network. Please reboot your router and then try to add the PLAYBAR back to your system by following this guide.

I had exactly the same issue, i reset router and added a new sonos system adding 1 player at a time starting with the playbar......fingers crossed its all gravy now with no issues
