Play Bar not responding

Hi my playbar has become temperamental over the past 4 months and now will not connect despite everything I have tried.  To start with I would just switch the play bar off and that would rectify it but it doesn’t anymore.  2 days ago I reconnected it by wiring it to the router, but today when it disconnected, even that process doesn’t help.  It makes no difference. Any ideas that I haven’t tried?

Try powering off the playbar, then rebooting the router. When router is fully started, power up the playbar.


If that doesn’t work, what error message are you getting?


It’s probably worth generating a Diagnostic when you get it running, in case there’s anything Sonos support can tell from looking at the report.
