Play back issues

Installed 2 x Play:5s last night via Connect which was hardwired into router (yet to wire into AV). ALl worked fine and very impressed. This morning - rubbish. Radio kept falling out - cannot play radio - and tracks played from my iPhone last night suddenly don't play. Please tell me this is not the software issue I now find everyone talking about that the shop swore wasn't a problem? Solutions? Thx

Sounds like some network interference. You should submit a Diagnostic from the controller help menu to Sonos and get in contact with them. They should be able to figure out.
