Play 5 sound quality after update

After I updated my Sonos Play 5 at Xmas the sound quality has significantly deteriorated, in particular the vocals are suppressed. This seems to be a common issue. Can anybody advise me how to resolve this please

Hi. I don’t think this is a common problem at all and it is extremely unlikely to have resulted from an update

I suggest a reboot of the speaker. If that doesn’t help then submit a system diagnostic and contact Sonos with the confirmation number.
