Play 5 not working


I have been using a pair of 5's in my living room as a pair, but one of them has stopped working. There is still a sound but it is very faint even at full volume. I have moved it to other rooms and tried to set up as a new speaker with no success. Any ideas?

I'd suggest that you submit a system diagnostic, and post the number here, for the folks at Sonos to look at.
