Play 5 gen 1 only flash red

My play 5 gen 1, has work fine intill some days ago, then it disiperd from the sonos app and only flashes red, I can´t reset or Connect in any way, it starts flashig direct after it gets power.
Pls help

You may have a hardware problem on that Play:5. I'd recommend calling in to talk with Sonos directly, there's not much that can be done in these forums. You can find their information at www.sonos.com/contact
