Hi,

I get an Error Code 4 when updating one of my Play:5 speakers. I've tried all sorts (including hard wiring the ethernet and turning all the other speakers off.

Would appreciate some advice:

Finding someone to look at your diagnostic here is kinda spotty and unlikely on a weekend, Sonos has 24x7 support options on the Contact page if you want an response before some time Monday.
