Play 5 can't connect to wireless anymore

No changes made to wifi network (all other devices on the network working fine), tried hooking up play to access point using cable and it works. Tried to set it up again, but it's not working.
By looking up same problems in the community, I suppose it's a hardware failure - please let me know how this can get fixed (device is still under warranty).

You may not want to wait for a response here on the boards. I'd recommend that you try to contact Sonos in another way to discuss it.
