Play 5 Bass

I recently purchased a play 5 and I’m having trouble with the bass. It cuts in and out. I already took the speaker back to the retailer for a replacement but I’m having the same issue with the replacement. When I initially set up the replacement it was working then I suddenly it wasn’t. It cuts in and out and it’s very noticeable. My play 3 in the same room currently has better base. I submitted at diagnostic report on the app but the hold time is currently over 30 min on the phone. Not sure if I should take it back to retailer again or if you can send me replacement.
