Play 3 white light stays on and don't work

Hi, my play 3 seems to be stuck with the white light on and will no longer connect to the rest of my sonos system. I have tried the factory reset a few times which hasn't worked. Connecting router via Ethernet cable to the bridge workes fine. Can you help?
