I'm having some difficulty with one of my Play 3 speakers following an update. All of my other speakers reappeared on the Sonos app after reseting my wifi router - but this play 3 seems very dead. It won't appear in the list, the LED is off even when switching on/off at the mains.
I have tried turning on and off at the mains socket. Plus I have also tried to reset the speaker by holding down the mute button and turning on the power.
I have submitted a ticket to Sonos a few days ago, but I have yet to receive a response so I'm hoping someone else may have the advise I am looking for.
