Play:1 - Sonos app does not show room/unit, but unit is found via Spotify.

I can play music on the unit via Spotify, but for the Sonos app the unit is not there.

Any suggestions as to what I can do?

Hi paulottar. We're a little late on this, but are you still missing the PLAY:1 in your Sonos app? Mind sending us a diagnostic so we can get more information about your system? Here's how. Please post the confirmation code that's generated.
Hi! I forgot this post! I found the source of my problem.

This is not a Sonos problem.

One of my ubiquity network APs (UniFi AP AC lite) had lost connection with the cloud controller, but was still working "enough" to give internet access for clients connected to it.

But since it lost connection with the controller. It also lost the ability to "speak" with the rest of my home network. Even though it was on the same subnet :-)

A manual reset of the AP and configuration of it solved my issue.
