Play 1 dissapearing ever since 7/29 update

Multiple times a day our Play 1 disappears from the S2 iOS app. Is there a fix coming?

The Play 1 has worked perfectly since the update, but this is maddening.

This has not hurt our Port, Beam, or Play 5.

We run and Eero network with ATT fiber and have (or had) no other connection issues.

I would like to take a look at the system, please take a diagnostic and reply with the confirmation.

Setting > Help & Tips > Submit Diagnostic. 

The diagnostic should show the errors the Play:1 is experiencing.

Hi @Pyrexia, thank you for the update.

I checked the diagnostic, the Play:1 also didn’t show.

I would recommend moving the speaker to another location to test; if the original area has issues for the Play:1.

If it does connect, the Eero pod in the original area might be also having issues connecting to the Main Eero hub.

Reboot that specific pod and test; if the Play:1 will have a stable connection in the original area.

If not, let’s reboot the whole Eero system. Reboot the Hub and the Eero pods.

Update us with your findings.
