PLAY:1 - Audio drops.

Hi I have two Sonos play 1 that were connected as stereo pair and work ok but when I separate only one works if I create stereo pair again they work but again one drops out when I separate and cannot get to work on own any help

Thanks for the diagnostic, apologies for the delay in response. The biggest "pain point" I am seeing in the report is a problem with the Right Side Family Room PLAY:1 and the immediate surroundings. It seems there may be something nearby that is interfering with its communication to the router. Could you describe the surrounding area of both of the PLAY:1's? Thanks again in advance.
