I purchased a Play 1 in London UK some 6 to 8 years ago and last night we had a power cut and two hours later the electricity came back on the Play 1 in our bedroom did not power up and a white LED light continues to flash. Other 2 Play 1’s are working fine. Tried unplugging resetting to factory settings and no response. It is connected to Ethernet and no repose not even with wi fi.

Can anyone help

Hi.  If you did not have surge protection then the most likely explanation is damage caused by the power surge when power came back on.  If you call Sonos Support they may be able to check for a hardware fault.
