My master Bedroom play 1 stopped working it now has no sign of life no orange or white light not detectable I changed cables still no life anyone have any ideas?

Hello there, User197990. Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community. Have you tried plugging this unit into the router using an Ethernet cable? This should create a steady connection between the unit and the network. If the unit does come back, please submit a diagnostic report and reply with the confirmation number it gives at the end.
