PC software update keeps failing

According to my iOS devices, all my Sonos components are up to date. However, my desktop software says it needs updating and it keeps failing to update/install. Currently running v9.2.
I've tried rebooting all my devices including the router and still no luck. Anyone have any ideas??

Hi there,

You can try uninstalling the Sonos app from your desktop, then downloading it fresh from our site. If that doesn't work, please reply with the exact wording of the error message.
