One Play:5 (Gen 1) Keeps disappearing!

I have several Sonos speakers and they are all fine but one of the Play:5 speakers keeps disappearing on occasion. I have tried moving it to a different location, resetting network, etc. (everything suggested in the support documentation). I have just submitted a diagnostic. Can someone help? The diagnostic number is: 543103882.

Hi, mikewang. Welcome to the community and thanks for the diagnostics. Unfortunately, that one came up blank. Can you please reboot your Sonos device(s), then your router, then attempt to submit a diagnostic once again and respond with the confirmation number? Many thanks in advance.
