One of our Sonos Ones no longer responds to voice commands

Have a 3 room system:
- Sonos One in Kitchen
- Sonos One in Living Room
- Play:1 and Echo Dot in Office

2 of the rooms work fine, but the kitchen Alexa no longer responds to the "Alexa" commands, even when you stand 2 feet away. The kitchen speaker will play music just fine through the Sonos app, but voice isn't working.

I tried disabling and reenabling the Sonos skill on Alexa - anything else we can try? Frustrating that it worked fine and then just stopped - maybe a software update issue on one side or another?

Is the microphone on? Check the top of the unit, if the LED is not lit, press the microphone button.

Thanks, that fixed it. Didn't realize there was a toggle switch, someone must have bumped it.
