I had a work from home job and the IT guy got into my computer and changed my firewall, now my Sonos won't work. I don't work for that company anymore but I can't figure it what he did. I want my Sonos back, any ideas?

Or, conversely, yell at your IT guy for breaking your home system. He should be able to fix it relatively quickly. He should know better.

If it's a firewall other than Windows' built-in firewall, here's another article to check. Choose your firewall software version and get specific instructions for it.
