Hi,

we got 6 speakers:

1 x beam

3 x ikea symfonisk

1 x Sonos One

1 x Sonos Play 1

One of the speakers are attached to the router via Ethernet.

all is updated and we use the new Sonos app on 4 different iOS units.

Every time we open the app, not all speakers shows. The speakers that show is different from time to time.

I can start and stop music on all speakers directly, so they are on WiFi.

All speakers have a static IP address

The next time all speakers are not showing, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic, and a second one when all the speakers are showing, and call Sonos Support to discuss it, or post the diagnostic numbers here for a Community Moderator to pick up.

There may be information included in the diagnostics that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, there are more options available beyond just the diagnostic analysis.

There always som speakers showing.

Bonosinfo: I have Home Assistant running and there I can always can see all my speakers, so it got to be a problem with the Sonos S2 app
