no volume from sonos through TV

Hi, I changed my internet provider a week ago, my Sonos was connected and worked since, however last night the family room (consisting of one playbase and 2x Sonos ones) won’t show in the app, nor is any volume coming from the family room devices. Therefore I cannot watch an TV. Please help.

Try this

  1. Unplug your Sonos speakers
  2. Check the routers admin page for updates and install if available
  3. Reboot your router
  4. Power Cycle your device
  5. Delete and re-install the Sonos app
  6. Plug in your Sonos 1x1...let each come back B4 moving to the next
  7. Test your Sonos
