No sound on playbar/sub/play1 through SkyQ since 7.4 update

Since upgrading my Sonos system at home to 7.4 I don’t get sound on Sky HD channels when I select them. It comes on about 30 seconds later and sometimes drops out again and again.

Seems to be ok on SD channels.

I’ve submitted support diagnostics on ref 7796436 through the Sonos app.

Any ideas how I can get this to work again?

Hi Si Reading and welcome to the community. I saw you ended up already posting in the main thread related to this issue and have flagged your system for the beta. You'll just need to run the available update when you're ready.

For other users having problems with the PLAYBAR having no audio on certain channels or video sources, please post in the other thread related to this issue. We'd like to keep everything in one place, so this thread has also been closed.
