Hi, I have 2 connect:amps - 1 for the kitchen and 1 for the dining room. Yesterday, the kitchen one just stopped working. There is no power. I tried changing the dis on the plug and switching the power cables but no lights come on.

It sounds rather like a power supply issue - you likely need to contact/chat with sonos support, to see if they can assist.
