No players connected to account

My controller is saying that I need to add a player to enjoy music. This morning my system was working fine, but when I came home from work I couldn't access them at all. I tried to re-add a player but it would not work. How do I fix this?

I am getting the exact same problem and it is intermittent. Really don't understand how this beast works. SonosNet, Wifi, all getting too hard. Sometimes connects to one speaker then another. Used to work fine a year ago. Something appears to have changed.
I figured it out. One of the ethernet cables had failed to my BOOST. Replaced it and it's all good.
