Perhaps you didn't read the beta notes. Public beta is not supported on iOS, hence your iPhone is still at 6.4.8. The mismatch with the rest of the system results in the controller being in a reduced functionality mode.
how i can downgrade my iphone app and my mac app.
and stop to use the beta version.
when i stop using the beta version nothing work always the error 9.
im stuck to use the beta.
ps: guys never use the beta version , is only problem.
Downgrading from the current beta is a known problem. https://en.community.sonos.com/ask-a-question-228987/trying-to-update-my-sonos-but-getting-error-code-9-6761101/index1.html#post16063867

You'd need to call Sonos Support.
