Continuous white flashing light cannot connect

Hi @Des Naude, Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the community. Regarding your concern about the continuous white flashing light on your Sonos product, I’ll be asking some questions to further check on this issue. 

  • Are there other Sonos products aside from this one that is having issues?
  • When did it start happening for the continuous blinking white light on the Sonos Product?
  • What Sonos product is it?
  • Have you tried to do a power cycle on this product?

I have another 2 X Play 1 and they are working perfectly

About two weeks ago 

It is a Sonos Play 1 purchased in UK about 2007/ 08

Not sure what a power cycle is but I have disconnected from power several times and tried to reboot but nothing just the continuous whit light flashing . Also tried to add a product but nothing

It has a number 1310-00-0E-58-CB-36-64-3

Please help me connect

Hi Simon B. Just like to let you know my Sonos Play 1 has come back to life and is working perfectly.

Just left it on for a few days and it has come right
