No Chime And No Connection

I have a Playbase which is wired to the router, a play5 which is also wired and a sub which is connected wirelessly. I am trying to add another Play 5 wirelessly but although the speaker is found when I press the "connect' button at the back of the speaker I am not getting a chime and it remains stuck at that point of the setup process. Any ideas?

I am currently traveling but will submit on Sunday. I was thinking about attempting a factory rest and then trying again.
