new to Sonos

I brought my sonos on vacation but my app will not recognize the system.  The tech support site says to use an ethernet to connect to new wifi and it should not know it has moved.  I did not have to connect via ethernet when setting up at my home.  what do you suggest?

Sonos has your home WiFi details in it and they are different from the WiFi details for where you now are. So it cannot connect to WiFi, only by Ethernet. 

Your options are

1. Connect it by Ethernet and either leave it connected by Ethernet or change the wireless details to your current location.

2 Factory reset your speakers and set up from scratch (NOT recommended as you would lose playlists and much else.)

3. If you are in a position to do so, change the network name and password to be what you have at home, so that it matches what is in Sonos.
