New Sonos App S2 (on Mac OS 10.15.3) not working with Play 5 Gen 2?

I really need some help / I have been trying since the new S2 app was released to use it with
my Pay 5 Gen 2

Hi @DrVivek, welcome to the community! Thank you for the details and for submitting the diagnostic and upon checking your speaker is still not updated to S2. You’d need to use your mobile controller to update it to S2. Let us know how it goes. We’re here to help. Thanks!
