Purchased 2 Play:5 units and will have them with a playbar for Christmas, but one of the play:5's is not sounding right it seems to rattle whenever a tune with deeper base sounds is played. It is obviously something wrong with it because the other Play:5 makes no such sounds and they are set up in a stereo pair at the moment, the playbar has not been added to the system yet.
I was wondering what the best way to handle this obvious warranty issue would be?

You could swap them around in stereo pair, to see if the rattle moves to other play5.
