New issue when trying to play music from Spotify and Amazon

Error occurred while adding song to queue (701). I keep getting this message whenever I try to play music from Spotify or Amazon. Pandora plays without issue. I’ve tried power cycling all Sonos devices and my router. My diagnostics confirmation is 1150332950

Hi, Tapsonic. Thanks for providing the diagnostics. It would appear that your router's channel is conflicting with another nearby network. I would recommend logging into it and changing its operating channel. Another option would be to wire one of your Sonos devices into your router.
