I am attempting to add music stored in my NAS storage device (MyCloud) to my Sonos Play 5.
When I do the step to add a new music folder on a networked device, I browse and under Network find and select WDmycloudmirror.
I get an error message, “Windows cannot find WDmycloudmirror”
I checked the Windows firewall and Sonos controller is on the list of apps that can go through the wall.
I have an Acer laptop with Windows 10.
The Mycloud storage device is working.
Any suggestions on what I need to do to get set up would be appreciated.

I had to move the music in my NAS storage device private files to the public folder. Then Sonos could find the music.
