My Sonos won't connect to my phone anymore

I've tried turning off my wifi, un plugging my sonos etc. It use to connect fine and now is coming up in my phone that it can't find a sonos system, how can I connect this?

Welcome to the community, Kelly. Can you please give us some more information, such as what sort of phone and router you are using? Also, please connect your router to the speaker via Ethernet, then submit a diagnostic of your system and respond here with the corresponding confirmation. This way we can advise you. Thanks.

Usually phone issues have to do with phone firmware updates and duplicate IPs on the router. Best thing to do is go into phone wifi settings and tell it to forget your home wifi. Then reboot router. Then go back on phone and add your home wifi back to it.
