My Sonos won't connect to any of our phones anymore

It won't connect to any of our mobiles or even new ones the light is orange and when we disconnect unplug it then flashes grey on the volume button and the mute but tells us it doesn't exist

It's unclear whether you're saying that the Sonos speakers won't connect to your wifi, or that you can't connect your phones to the wifi? The subject says one, the content suggests the other.

Has your system worked previously? If so, what has changed to get in to this particular state? Any additional information you might be able to provide would certainly help many of us build a mental image of your system, and perhaps point you in the right direction. For instance, do you have a Sonos device wired directly to your router, or are they all connected via "wifi"?

If you can get in to the app, may I recommend that you submit a system diagnostic, and post the number here, for the folks at Sonos to look at?
