My Sonos Connect's upgrade credit isn't showing up

I connected my old Sonos Connect from my storage unit to my account today, and I cannot see the upgrade credit. I would love to buy a whole new system. Does anyone know what’s going on?

Did you go through the upgrade process?

If it has been offline a while it might not show up on your system list right away.

You might want to run an update on your system to load the latest software on it too.

The ability to upgrade the device should show online after 24hrs

Not so. My Connect was not showing up for upgrade - only the Bridge. I called Sonos customer service - thy said that the connect upgrade to Port can be done only by phone; they were ready to take my order at 30% off list price plus tax.
