What router and mobile device are you using? What operating system version is installed on the mobile device?

hi, if it is the Symfonisk, you may try to connect it with an ethernet (RJ-45) cable to your router

TIM from italy, also the modem is tim, but i have just bought the DECO M4, the APP i installed sonos with  yellow logo.

Hi @xiehaha

Please ensure that your mobile device is connected to the 2.4GHz signal when you setup Sonos to connect to your WiFi. Once the steps are successful, it won’t matter which frequency your device is connected to thereafter.

If this doesn’t help, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system.

the DECO M4 will most likely have created a new wifi network - to avoid any confusion it may be wise to deactivate the wifi signal in your (TIM) router to make sure all devices connect to the same network - as suggested by Corry P, make sure your device with the SONOS App is connect to the 2.4GHz network
