Been running Sonos for 10 years or so across 7 zones. I added Spotify to my services and suddenly all my rooms have disappeared but one. The one that has remained will not work either, it will allow me to select music but no progress when hitting play.
I was on hold on the phone line for 20 minutes and then suddenly the hold music stopped….still on the line but don’t know if I have been dropped?
Tried chat as well and stuck on “transferring to agent.”
Any help would be appreciated - super frustrating.
