What router are you using? Can you wire the Playbar directly to the router with an ethernet cable?

I use wifi, the distance to my router is too long away

Hi @Janse, thanks for reaching out to the Sonos Community!

When you turn off the TV, does the LED on the Playbar react if you press the Play/Pause and Volume + buttons at the same time?

If not, then it sounds like turning the TV off is removing power from the Playbar somehow - are they both connected to the same power socket?

It may be worth submitting a diagnostic, taking a note of the confirmation number, and either posting it in a reply to this thread, or reaching out to our Support Team to perform some live troubleshooting.

Let us know how you get on :)
