My boss gave me his Sonos connect. I own a play1 working correctly as standalone mode. Only with the app and it works really good but with my new gift i want to register into the app with no luck.
I used the app and try via wireless with not luck
I connect with an ethernet cable and nothing
I found that the new device got an IP and i can ping it so
I reseted 3 times and used mu android and my ipad but i cant find it
i have the ip if needed to register but slecting the device itself in the app in my android and ipad i am not able to see it or register.
i am not sure because i am new but i can not find if my boss needs to unregister if thats the case or if i can manually with the ip register and force it. Thanks for the reply. I can tell my boss to unregister or do i need to call support to help me. Thanks guys
