My Connect doesn't

I have a connect:amp, and one connected to wifi- and they never fail. I also have a connect which is connected to the ethernet.  It works for a short period of time then i have to reset it to connect it! I’ve tried all the chat rooms and many fixes ( factory reset, connect to wifi, turn off and on etc) and it will work for about 20 minutes then it stops again!

Hi @Very Tall Man 

Are you indicating that your entire Sonos fails and requires a reset or is one particular Sonos product? Please explain.
