Mutiple routers
Hi. I have a Sonos system set up in our house which consists of 2 x play 1 and a play 3. These all work perfectly inside. The other day I purchased a new play 3 to use in an office located in a shed near our house. The internet connection we use in the shed is an extension/router of our main indoor router. I connected the new speaker via this extension and it reveals a solid white light so is connected however it will not play. I also tried our existing play 3 in the office to see if that would work but it also reveals a solid white light but doesn't play. Can you give me some reason why I cannot get these to play?

A second router will break your network into two different subnets. Sonos cannot work across multiple subnets.
See here for how to re-purpose a router as an access point.
