Music won't play

Hi everyone
I have about 20 Sonos products around the house. Everything played fine yesterday, woke up this morning and not nothing will play. App on computer and iPad and phone indicates there is music playing but speakers remain silent.
Any ideas?
It's a big deal to reset everything so that needs to be a last resort.

Submit a diagnostic to Sonos and post the number here or for faster response try Twitter.

If you do end up resetting your sonos gear consider assigning static/reserved IP addresses to each Sonos system from your router's DHCP settings. That seems to help system stability in a number of situations and is fast and easy to do on most routers.
Our Sonos stopped last night as well. Had just upgraded Sonos to version 9.0 and now only radio plays. What is happening? it is really frustrating after working perfectly for ages.
