Have 5 x Sonos speakers mixed of Play3 and Play5 and having nothing but random issues with playing music.
Experiencing the following issues:
- 4 of the 5 speakers will initially play music but will stop approx 30-40 mins later
- To start the stream again we simply press pause, play, pause, play a few times and eventually it starts again
- 1 of the 5 speakers wont start playing the playlist until we reboot the unit, and its fine for approx 15 mins
- We are unable to group more than 2 speakers. When we add a 3rd speaker, the other speakers which were working stop playing music
- The Sonos app, without touching it, randomly shows the following messages "unable to connect to apple music" or 'unable to play song'

Diagnostics is 191217588

Can you please help.

Hi jazonn,

Welcome to the community. It looks like there's some wireless interference leading to some communication errors on your Sonos system. There are a couple other wireless networks nearby on the same channel as your own. It may help to change your router's wireless channel to 1, which is less crowded. Try that out, and send along a new diagnostic report if any issues continue.

I was able to resolve the problem when I disabled the iPhone Brightness & Brightness Auto Lock setting from 30 seconds or 1, 2, 3 minute to “Never”. Let me know if that works.
