Songs play about 1/3 through then skip to next song. Someone said to refresh app, but how do I do that?

Not an app refresh, but a Wi-Fi refresh. Unplug your Sonos devices from power. Reboot your Wi-Fi router. Then plug one Sonos in at a time, waiting for each to boot up fully before moving on to the next.
