Since two days problems with my sonos play 5gen1. Radio in works, but spotify is not working. I powered on and off, switched the channel. The radio in is working now but spotify is not, also the other music services are not working. They play the song and I can see that showing on the controller app, but no sound is coming out of the play 5...

Please submit a diagnostic report while your PLAY:5 is playing with no audio and then reply with the confirmation number.
